The purpose of this site is to gather information for my sermons each Sunday. I will also use it to have posts on theological issues as well. Anyone wishing to share some insight, illustration, application, outline, exegesis, or research on my chosen text for the week is welcome to share such. I will eventually try to encourage the folks in my congregation to leave useful comments after hearing the sermon. I want to try to improve as much as possible.

The purpose of this site is to gather ideas for my sermons. I will post my title, text, and a brief explanation of where I’m headed with the text. I want those who stop by to read the text and share any comments, stories, illustrations, statistics, or insights. I hope to gain not only a better understanding of the text but a better understanding of those listening to the sermon and text. Thanks for your help.
